Great location for exploring Freycinet National Park and walking distance to the town center. The property was spacious and recently redecorated, providing all the facilities we needed. The comfortable furniture and bed made for a pleasant stay.
The kitchen was not clean, with marked and sticky work surfaces, wet crockery in the drawers, and a dirty oven baking tray. The walls in the lounge and main bedroom were streaked with mosquito blood, and the main bedroom carpet was grimy.

Conveniently located close to town and Freycinet National Park. Comfortable rooms with efficient air conditioning and laundry facilities. Spacious kitchen and living area with a large TV. Off-street parking and outdoor BBQ area available.

I always stay at this place in Coles Bay. The staff helped with luggage which I remember. It suits me perfectly, has Internet, parking, a dryer, a kettle, cookware. No pets or smoking. I'm coming back for a city break.

Well, my keys were right where they said they'd be, at least that went smoothly. And lucky me, there's air conditioning and a barbecue! Oh, and free parking too. What's not to love? Oh, right, the lovely tile/marble floor. Who needs carpets when you can have cold, hard tiles? Ugh.
